The location is unbeatable - minutes from a bus stop. The room is great-sized and well-designed and includes a spacious bathroom. Please let the very polite and excellent staff know of our gratefulness for a fairly nice stay.

Our rooms were really nice with awesome soundproofing, we couldn't hear a peep from the outside. The staff was super friendly and helpful during all 3 days of our visit! 🌟

L'hygiène au niveau des chambres ! On voit que les draps ont déjà été utilisé ( cheveux, poils...) Moisissures aux niveaux des joints de la salle de bain. Dommage car l'hôtel est magnifique !

Very comfortable, kind and helpful staff

Location was very far out of the city center and very difficult to get to. There was no means of public trans (bus etc.) that went near the hotel. Only a metro stop about a 20 minute walk away and through a not very safe neighborhood.

The staff here was fantastic - they were efficient and just as I had hoped they would be.

The hotel is just renovated, the furniture is new, there is a nice LCD TV. They have free wireless internet. The rooms are really clean. Recommended for business trips but not for family trips.

There is no mini bar, and the drinks are a bit expensive. There is no safe box. They have no baby coats. The location is not really good except if you are travelling by car(you can go there only by bus and the buses are stopping after 9PM) and it's pretty far from the sea. The area is strange. The windows are isolating really well but still if you are sensitive you can be disturbed by the outside traffic - the hotel is close to a highway entry.

Everything was just as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay the staff were polite and very helpful and the rooms were very clean and just what we wanted. Breakfast was also very good and you could have as much as you like

The employees at Kyriad were always available and happy to solve all our issues and requests. The room was being well cleaned everyday and the cleaning ladies were friendly. We didn't explore so much the area around, but it's close to stadium Vélodrome so it's perfect in case you're traveling to watch a football game. It's a great low budget place to stay in Marseille if you have a car or someone to pick you up if you're visiting the city like us. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.

The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, with a good bathroom and facilities. The soundproofing ensures a peaceful night's sleep, and the comfortable bed adds to the overall comfort. The breakfast provided is also worth mentioning, offering a satisfying start to the day.

No negatives to mention, everything was satisfactory.

The location is good giving you the chance to use the metro system (about 1km away). It is easy to find it. Small rooms but clean enough and ocupyed with all the basic accesories!

The location isn't that good...very hard to find Without gps and marseille is a true labyrinth !

Spent Christmas at a hotel that was in a great area. the location was situated near some fantastic restaurants and bars. the room was small but comfy enough for the short stay. the bed was comfortable and provided enough warmth. the staff were nice and accommodating. They prepared an excellent breakfast despite not having many options available.

The room lacked sufficient furniture, toiletries, and proper AC, which resulted in a loud and uncomfortable sleep. the TV had only French channels, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located on a city highway. The rooms are small and the triple rooms just have the space for twin beds. A convertible sofa bed proposed is just good for a child. There is no space to move around and store 2 suitcases
